Cancellation & Payment Terms
Advance Purchase Bookings
By availing of our advance purchase rate, bookings must be pre-paid at the time of booking with your credit/debit card.
By confirming your reservation, you agree that the entire accommodation amount will be charged to your credit card.
Changes cannot be made to Advanced Purchase bookings.
In the event of cancellation, full or partial refunds are not available. Note that the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation should your card provided, not have sufficient funds available.
Please note, a valid form of identification is required at check-in for all guests listed on the reservation. ID is not required for children travelling with parents.
Non Advance Purchase Bookings
Cancellation is free of charge up to 12pm two days prior to your arrival. Should you cancel later than this, or not arrive at all, unfortunately we will have to charge you for your full stay. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card in line with your cancellation policy. Should your reservation be part of a group or conference booking, the cancellation and payment terms outlined to the booker of your reservation applies. Note that the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation should your card provided not have sufficient funds available. Where a minimum stay policy is in place as part of your reservation, any reduction in the number of nights will still incur the full cost of the original reservation. Should you check out earlier than your original departure date, no refund will be issued.

Should you require any changes to your reservation, please contact us prior to the cancellation policy or call us directly to check if these changes can be facilitated.
Celtic Nights
Celtic Nights tickets require pre-payment at time of booking, unless otherwise stated. Failure to comply with payment conditions may result in the cancellation of a booking. Any payments or deposits made up to this point are non-refundable and non-transferable against other services.
Celtic Nights operates a strict no refunds policy. The transfer of tickets to another date shall be accommodated on one occasion, if the transfer request is made at least 48 hours before the event date. Thereafter, transfers will not be permitted, and any payments made up to that point will be forfeited. The transfers of tickets to another date is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if a ticket is transferred to another date with a higher ticket price. In the unlikely event that, Celtic Nights must cancel a show, we undertake to accommodate you on an alternative show date or refund your payment.
