The health, safety and well-being of our patrons, team members, suppliers and contractors remains our first and foremost priority.

Hygiene

We use Ecolab disinfectant products that are proven to be effective against Covid-19

We have regular deep cleaning protocols in place in every area of our business

Hand Sanitisation Units have been placed at key touch-point areas throughout the hotel

Additional cleaning and sanitisation of frequently touched items

Increased hygiene checks in all areas of our business by Senior Management

Minimum printed material which can be disposed of after one use

Social Distancing

Minimum touch check-in and check-out

2m floor markings in place between tables in our Arlington Restaurant

Protective screens in place at our hotel reception and restaurant cash desk

Passenger elevators should be only be used by one person at a time or by persons known to each other in the same party

Minimum Cash Transactions

Contactless card payments are encouraged in our Arlington Restaurant

Your card will be charged at point of check-in

Additional costs will be charged on a pay as you go basis

Food & Drink

All menus are one use disposable

Breakfast bookings and pre-orders are taken to minimise time spent in the restaurant and ensure social distancing is maintained

All condiments come in one use disposable sachets

Evening food service is limited to 90 minutes per table and alcohol will be served with meals only

Appropriate and hygienic delivery methods for all food & drink items have been implemented

Training

All team members have been trained on the best methods on how to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all patrons on the premises. This will be reflected in how they interact with you during your stay

Our Senior Management have been fully trained by accredited health & safety professionals. They have further been appointed as “Covid Compliance Champions” and are on hand to ensure the implementation of all the above in achieving your personal peace of mind
