Located in the heart of the St. James's Gate Brewery, the Guinness Storehouse® is Ireland's most popular tourist attraction. It's the home of the Black Stuff, the heart of Dublin and an unforgettable start to your Irish adventure. The Arlington Hotel O'Connell Bridge would highly recommend a visit to the Guinness Storehouse and is only a short 15 minute stroll from our hotel. The Guinness Storehouse® is open 7 days a week 9:30am - 7pm (last admission is at 5pm), late opening during July and August 9am - 8pm (last admission is at 6pm) and open all year with the exception of Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, & St Stephens Day.
The journey begins at the bottom of the world's largest pint glass and continues up through seven floors filled with interactive experiences that fuse their long brewing heritage with Ireland's rich history. Visitors are treated to a full explanation of the brewing process, with interactive sections for younger tourists, as-well as the chance to pull your own pint (and receive the coveted Guinness certificate). At the top, you'll be rewarded with a pint of perfection in their world-famous rooftop Gravity Bar, which boasts some of the most impressive views of Dublin to be found in the area. All adult tickets include a complimentary pint of the 'Black Stuff' (with a valid ID) and U18s will receive a complimentary soft drink. The Guinness Storehouse is easily accessible and provides audio guides in over 15 languages, making it easy to see why it is one of Dublin's ultimate tourist attractions.
